(1) to limit Resource Central’s liability to the fullest extent provided by Colorado law and indemnify it
against claims arising out of your volunteer service;
(2) to the potential risks in volunteering with Resource Central;
(3) to be contacted by Resource Central in connection with any volunteer projects and opportunities; and
(4) to allow Resource Central to use photographs or film footage of your volunteer service.
This Form limits some of your rights against Resource Central, so please read all of it carefully.
Agreement to this Form is electronically recorded. By signing, you agree that this Form complies
with the Electronic Signatures Act, and that your e-signature is valid and legally enforceable.
By signing this Form, you acknowledge and agree that you are not an employee or independent
contractor of Resource Central, and your volunteer service is freely given without any promise
or expectation of compensation or employee benefits of any kind.
By signing this Form, you acknowledge and agree to release Resource Central from all liability to
the fullest extent provided by law. In other words, you acknowledge and affirm the following:
You, any of your personal or legal representatives, heirs, successors or assigns,
and next of kin fully and forever release, discharge, waive, and covenant not to
sue Resource Central for any liability, claims, or demands of any kind or nature,
arising out of or related to your volunteer service with Resource Central,
including negligence or other personal injury.
By signing this Form, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resource Central from
any and all liability, losses, damages, judgments, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, that it
may incur or sustain as a result of your volunteer service.
By signing this Form, you also acknowledge, understand, and assume any risks inherent in
volunteering with Resource Central, including that your volunteer service may require you to
perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds, and are encouraged to lift heavy items with a
teammate. You also understand and agree that workers compensation is not available to
volunteers of Resource Central.
By signing this Form, you consent to be contacted by Resource Central in connection with any
volunteer projects or opportunities through phone, text, or email.
Finally, by signing this Form, you consent to be photographed and/or filmed and have your
image used in Resource Central publications, news releases, online, and in other
communications related to Resource Central.
